About Us
MaMa Quilla Gallery was created from a lifelong journey of healing, spirit, and artistic expression. Each painting carries energy, story, and symbolism revealed through deep spiritual connection.
My mission is to honor the sacred messages that flow through art to bring forth what is unseen, to heal through color and form, and to inspire others to reconnect with their own creative essence.
Every brushstroke is a conversation with Spirit, a moment captured before it fades into the ether.

Emergence
Ma Ma Quilla… I am an artist, a qualified art therapist a counsellor, a facilitator, a child protection worker, a Reiki practitioner, a writer, a graphic designer, and a traveller.
I live on the Mid North Coast, always spiritually connected to the ocean and needing to be near water. I share my life there with my husband, two American Staffies, and the laughing kookaburras in my backyard. When I engage with any art modality, I connect with Wairua—spirit. I draw what they reveal to me, as my artistic serves as a spiritual message for those who view the pieces, a spiritual message for you, and a spiritual message to the world.
My GALLERY was designed for you to immerse yourself in the imagery, the story, spirituality, and the energy of my paintings.
My book, (still in production) a work in progress spanning 25 years, includes paintings, artworks, journals, my personal memoirs. My journal workbook has been designed to help others use it as a stepping stone in their healing journey. My book is raw, just like the essence in my art, which represents personality and life experiences. My passion lies in honouring a person's journey to heal through artistic expression and various healing modalities. In 2026, I will be conducting Art Workshops that will commence mid-year.

What does “Translating Spirit into Color and Form” mean?
Each painting is created through a spiritual process. I connect deeply with Wairua (Spirit) and allow the imagery to flow through me without planning or perfection. The art becomes a translation of energy, emotion, and message from the unseen realms into visible form.
Are your paintings for sale?
Yes. Selected original paintings are available for purchase. Others are part of my private collection and are available only as prints or on merchandise such as tote bags and clothing. Each artwork’s availability and size options are listed on the individual piece page.

What are “Spiritual Messages Received” (SMR)?
Each artwork comes with a message I received during its creation — a reflection of the energy, guidance, or story behind the piece. These messages are included alongside the paintings so you can connect with the deeper spiritual meaning.
Do you offer custom artwork or commissions?

Can I visit your gallery in person?
Mama Quilla Gallery currently operates online. I’m based on the Mid North Coast of Australia and will share updates about exhibitions or in-person showcases on my social media pages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, selected items can be shipped internationally. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
When will your book be available?
My book, a combination of paintings, journals, memoirs, and creative exercises is still in progress and will be released soon. You can subscribe to the newsletter or follow me on social media to be notified when it’s available.
Will you be offering art workshops?
Yes! Beginning in 2026, I will be hosting art workshops focused on creative expression, spiritual connection, and healing through art. Details will be announced on the website and social media.
